Got a Bean & Cheese Burrito. 3.5 out of 5. Tortilla was really good. Cheese wasn't melted and beans were okay. $7.54 with tax. not including tip. Ordered over the phone and was ready at est. time

This is me and my roommate's new favorite place for burritos. We went over there because it's a block from our apartment and we are so glad we did. He gets the carne asada burrito every time and says it's absolute fire AKA delicious. I love a good basic bean and cheese burrito and the cheese is melted perfectly in there as I know some other places you get cold hard cheese in a bean and cheese burrito. The prices are averaged everywhere else. I believe his carne asada burrito was about 12 or 15 dollars and my bean and cheese is about $7. Quick service order at the counter Taco shop. The service is great and get everything out in a timely manner. I will be here many times over. The place does not look fancy as at all as it's a little hole in the wall off of Lamont and Grand but do yourself a favor and come in and get a burrito.

i got the carnitas burrito which was fire! perfectly balanced with a good amount of meat and guac/veggies. it was relatively affordable as well, coming out to $10.99 before tax. the service was very friendly and quick. the storefront is very small and there aren't many places to sit, but i would recommend getting takeout and eating at the beach!

la Perla is a hole in the wall, savory, flavor filled Mexican food spot in PB. quesadilla with shredded beef was better than the steak California burrito based on beef quality. really delicious quesadilla.

They do this thing where they shove a chili relleno up into a perfectly good carne asada burrito. Yes, It is blasphemous. It is also delicious of the highest order. It needs to be considered among this fine city's greatest burritos not called "California Burrito".

Wish I could give it one star but it wouldn't be fair or honest. Just bummed out that my order came out like soup. But the service is great and they have limited seating but aren't too busy which is good. The breakfast chilaquiles were basically soup. Didn't enjoy it at. But luckily my girlfriend ordered a California burrito and it was really good. Fries were crispy. Food was fresh. Will return but not for the chilaquiles.

My coworkers recommended this burrito and brought an order back to the office for me so I can't say much for the service or ambiance. The carne asada burrito is packing serious amounts of delicious, tender Carne asada and melted cheese as shown in the picture, that's filled with guacamole, and wrapped with a freshly made tortilla. The green salsa adds a nice heat. I love myself some mariscos, and I'd go in person for my next visit.
